Terms of Rates (table above)
- Rates are for double occupancy, with additional charge per extra person per night. There are no applicable taxes.
- We require 30% payment to make a reservation, with the balance due on check-in.
- For short term reservations, cancel any time at least two weeks before your reserved arrival date, and receive a refund of your deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee.
- For longer term reservations, cancel any time at least one month before your reserved arrival date, and receive a refund of your deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee.
